Gta 4 cryenb not working

WebMy problem is that I can't make iCEnhancer and DXVK run at the same time, since they both use a .dll file with same name - "d3d9.dll" - so I got to choose to either run DXVK, or iCEnhancer. Both mods do work on my PC, just not at the same time. Tried to use ENB Injector but it doesn't work.

SA, ENB and Windows 10 generally don't go together for a lot of computers. That doesn't mean you can't get ENB to work. It just means you should try various ENBs until you find one that works.
