Webb15 maj 2024 · Wash tomatoes and dip in a large pot of boiling water for 30-60 seconds or until you see the skins split. Start counting as soon as the tomatoes hit the water. You don’t need to wait for the water to come back to a boil to start your count time. It works best to watch for the skins to start splitting but sometimes they just don’t.
