Also, a few months back, entire tongue went numb when I woke up in the morning, then I got pins and needles sensations and most of it came back (except the base of tongue). I don't know if this is ALS or a peritonsillar abcess. The rest of my right side feels fine and I don't know if second EMG was accurate or not?
